An art film made in collaboration with Theresa Smith from Ramsgate, and sound installation artist Kieran

In 2017, Theresa Smith made a giant artwork called Perfugium Miseris, that hung on the walls of Ramsgate Harbour. These are the words engraved in the lighthouse on the harbour arm.

It means – Refuge for the unfortunate. This film is a short observational mood piece that played at festivals in conjunction with Theresa’s art.

Cinematography and directed by Nikolai Galitzine
